  • All communication and deliverables are managed through official HirejOjO channels.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in INR or USD (as applicable) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Full or milestone-based payment may be required before work begins.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on select packages.
  • Refunds are applicable only when service has not commenced or deliverables are materially delayed without cause.
  • Once a service is partially or fully delivered, refunds are limited and subject to approval.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, code, and marketing materials created under a project remain the property of HirejOjO until full payment is received.
